An elegant Fez with decorative tassels makes up this vintage black cocktail hat by Luxuria, with label from Saks Fifth Avenue, circa 1960s. 

The stylish Tarboosh hat consists of a plush black wool felt velour with structural cone shaped body, and two swingy black tassels with gold metallic metal links, suspended from decorative looped trim on top.

It measures approximately 5&1/4 inches high and has an inside circumference of around 21&1/2 inches around, has a petersham ribbon and two small plastic combs within, and is signed “Luxuria”, “Imported Body”, “Made in Italy” on the inside crown, along with an embroidered label for “Saks Fifth Avenue”.
